When creating an account on e2ebt, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If any information changes, update your account promptly. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.

3.2 Identity Verification

e2ebt may request the necessary documents for identity verification at any time to ensure a safe gaming environment. If the requested documents are not provided in time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login information completely confidential. Do not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. The maximum deposit limit is determined by your account's verification level.

New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw any bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be completed. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not added.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is completed.
• The welcome bonus applies only once on the first deposit.
• e2ebt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• e2ebt reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

Regular players can join e2ebt's VIP program. Weekly cashback is available across four tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement depends on your activity and participation on the platform.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Policy
